Hans Minnee The launch of VZM in 1996 and subsequent successful growth depended in large measure on Hans Minnee. Sadly, Hans passed away suddenly on April 19, 2003, just a few days after the formal announcement of the new VZM office in Cincinnati, Ohio that he helped to plan and implement. In 1999, with Ton van Deursen he initiated what became the annual VZM Dutch Aviation Open golf tournament. To honor Hans the trophy for the winner was renamed in his honor: the Hans Minnee Challenge Trophy. We will remember Hans always for his professionalism and insight, for his leadership and contributions, and for his easygoing personal friendship. Hans Minnee will always remain the ‘M’ in VZM. |
Hans Zuidema Hans Zuidema was the Z in VZM, one of three founding members of VZM Management Services and was very instrumental in making the company what it is today. He was active at many of VZM’s customers helping them implement changes in their organization. He worked with them to improve business performance with a focus on working with and coaching their people. At the end of 2012 Hans officially retired, but he continued to help the team with several projects. We will forever keep Hans in our memories as he was such a great friend and colleague during all those years. We will miss him. |
